Terms of Service

Welcome to PetDiet. By downloading, installing or using our mobile application and related services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Use

PetDiet is a digital support tool designed for estimating, calculating and planning nutritional profiles for dogs and cats. The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data (weight, body condition, age, physiological state, activity).

2. Veterinary Disclaimer

Important: Content, algorithmic calculations and suggestions generated by the app are strictly informational and orientational. They do not constitute, replace or substitute a veterinary diagnosis, in-person consultation or clinical treatment.

By registering your pet, you confirm that it has been clinically evaluated by a veterinarian and has no conditions requiring specialized nutritional management.

3. Plans and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Google Play and App Store will automatically convert to your local currency at purchase.

• Free Plan: free with ads on each scan. Includes 3 pets, 1 intro prebuilt recipe, AI homemade diets at $19.99 USD each and prebuilt recipes at $9.99 USD each.
• Premium Plan: $19.99 USD/month or $199 USD/year. Includes 15 pets, ad-free scans, 4 free AI homemade diets/month ($9.99 USD per extra) and unlimited free prebuilt recipes.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Premium Plan subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

One-time recipe purchases (AI or prebuilt) are non-refundable once downloaded or consumed, except for verifiable technical defects.

5. Advertising in Free Plan

The Free Plan displays ads served by Google AdMob before or during certain actions (scans). By using the Free Plan you accept these ads. To remove them, upgrade to Premium.

6. User Accounts

Registration is via email, Google Sign-In or Facebook Login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and immediately reporting any unauthorized use.

You may request full deletion of your account and associated data from within the app or by writing to support@petdiet.app.

7. AI-Generated Content

Homemade diets are generated via artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) combined with proprietary nutritional calculation engines based on NRC 2006, FEDIAF and AAFCO. Although validated against clinical standards, any diet must be implemented under veterinary supervision.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue app features to optimize nutritional calculation functions. We will notify substantial changes in pricing or features at least 30 days in advance.
