How does the app calculate caloric requirements?
PetDiet uses clinical equations based on NRC 2006, FEDIAF and AAFCO, considering current weight, ideal weight, age, physiological state, body condition and activity level.
What is Body Condition Score (BCS)?
A clinical index from 1 to 9 that assesses accumulated fat. PetDiet helps you keep the score in the optimal range (4-5 for adult dogs and cats).
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). Go to your store account settings to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund for a recipe?
One-time recipe purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or consumed, except for verifiable technical defects. Contact support@petdiet.app if you believe your case is an exception.
Can I balance commercial and homemade diets together?
Yes, the "Configure mix" feature lets you structure mixed portions without altering the balance of critical nutrients.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
From the app settings you can delete your account. All associated data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. You can also write to support@petdiet.app.
